KLT Crate Exchange System
The KLT Crate Exchange System automatically counts parts coming off presses into two crates and, once the target quantity is reached, automatically routes the full crate to the full-crate area and the empty crate to the filling area. The system holds a total of four spare crates to minimize production downtime and automatically swaps them with full crates. This ensures a continuous and reliable receiving/filling process.
